Shipping documents with a stamp on a desk

The documents behind every shipment

We prepare or collect the export set and send it to your customs broker before the ship arrives.

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading or air waybill
  • Certificate of origin
  • Export customs declaration
  • Treatment certificate for wood packing, when it applies

Customs at destination

Import clearance stays with your customs broker. We coordinate with them so tariff code, values and documents match from the start.

Cargo insurance

LGA Global is not an insurer. If you want cover, it is taken out with a licensed insurance company, which issues the policy and handles any claim.
