How it works
How an order moves.
Eight stages from your first message to the container at sea. Your own calendar comes with the quote.

A usual order takes about 19 weeks
Usual ranges for a first order of finished goods. Product, factory and season change them, and the Chinese New Year closure adds several weeks.
The eight stages, one by one
Brief
You tell us product, quantity, target price and destination. A photo, a link or a sample is enough.
1 to 3 days
Supplier search
We search and compare manufacturers, and set aside traders when the volume allows it.
5 to 10 working days
Verification
Corporate and credit reports, licences, related companies, lawsuits and claims.
3 to 5 days
Quotes and negotiation
Three quotes on one specification. We negotiate price, minimums and terms.
3 to 7 working days
Sample and contract
The sample is checked, approved and kept as the reference. The contract is signed.
The deposit goes out after this stage1 to 3 weeks
Production
Follow-up on the line with photos and video, and a warning as soon as something departs from the sample.
3 to 8 weeks
Inspection and loading
Random cartons checked by AQL. Quantity, labels and packing confirmed, and the loading supervised.
The balance goes out after this report2 to 4 days
Freight and documents
Booking, export customs, invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
18 to 40 days at sea
Two payments, each tied to proof
The usual split with a factory is 30% deposit and 70% balance. We negotiate it order by order and write it into the agreement.
After you approve the sample and the terms.
After you read the inspection report.
