Questions importers ask

Do you sell products?

No. We sell a service. We search, verify, control and coordinate, and you buy from the factory at the factory's price.

How do you charge?

An agreed fee, set out in writing before any work starts and shown on every quote.

Which countries do you ship to?

All of Latin America, by sea, air or courier. If your port is not on the map, ask us and we check the service.

Who handles customs at destination?

Your customs broker. We prepare what they ask for: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin.

Can one shipment combine several factories?

Yes. Goods from different suppliers are received in one warehouse, checked and shipped together with one set of documents.

Is there a minimum order?

The factory sets the minimum. With small volumes we look for suppliers who accept them, or ship by LCL.
